Great quiet neighborhood central to a lot of attractions and activities in and around the Denver area. Hosts responded quickly to my questions, and a minor glitch with the pre-check-in.Super cute backyard. Would have been nice to have a couple of lawn chairs to hang out in.Idk if I missed it, or misread that it has 2 bathrooms; 1 of the bathrooms does not have a bathtub or shower, and in my book, that would mean 1-and-a-half baths. We made it work with the one shower, but I probably woukd have chosen a different property with 2 full bathrooms, had i known.Also, there were a bare minimum of towel bars - None in the "half bath," which was awkward for dealing with wet/damp towels.Other than that, it was a nice house, and we had a great stay.

Property was clean and as advertised, check in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet, perfect for our brief Denver trip.

Nice little house, NOT suitable for 6 adults! Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood, lovely backyard, updated kitchen. Negative: NOT as advertised! Very small - NOT 2232 ft - actually only 1116 sf! ONLY 1 full Bath with tub and shower!! The other is a small powder room with no tub or shower, in the Master Bedroom!! This might be fine for a close family or a few close friends. It was totally unsuitable for our group of 3 couples, some of whom hadn’t met each other prior to the trip. I would never have booked this property for our group. Also, no laundry, and only one towel per person for a three day stay! Only 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths in the bathroom and and the powder room!! And not even anywhere to dry them! Definitely not as clean, well furnished or equipped as the other rentals where we’ve stayed.

Great house. Location is perfect. Backyard is great for the dogs. Enjoyed our stay.
