Games Gone Wild | Red Rocks | Arvada

This is a big house with a great layout for a lot of people. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, the dining and living room spaces are great for relaxing, playing games etc. The outdoor space is so nice as well, with chair swings and a fire pit. The house needs some upkeep and my team has stayed in the house the last 3 years and the cleanliness has gone down hill. Things like walls being dirty, the floors not being cleaned, under furnishings full of stuff, like it hasn't been vacuumed/cleaned. The main things get cleaned, so it's decent, but it just needs a more regular deeper cleaner and upkeep of the space and furniture. Many of the dining room chairs had loose screws, the bedroom door downstairs wouldn't shut, there was a huge crack in the wall. Nothing that made our stay unbearable, but it could be better. I will say the glass door on the shower fell off the 1st day and the property managers sent someone out right away to fix it.

When I called property management about issues upon arrival they told me they would send someone out . No one came.

Great house, great location. Carpet needs to be cleaned, but host has said that's in process. We'd rent the house again!

The house was perfect for our reunion gathering. We enjoyed all of the games and hot tub, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

House wasn't cleaned throughly, railings & shades broken. Yard was not well maintained, Grill was not ready to use. Had to purchase propane. No cleaning supplys ( sponges, rags etc) Garage full of trash, hot tub not cleaned completely, just filled with chemicals. Neighbor was HORRIBLE, ruined the stay, long before quiet time. Would not stay or recommended it to anyone with more than 2 people in a 6 bedroom home, he was horrible
