Nicely decorated space. Great location. The garage was a big help. There was unusually hot weather so the evaporative cooler was struggling. They had auxiliary coolers to help the main unit in place to handle this problem so it worked out fine.Unfortunately, there was a water leak and we had to leave early. These things happen and leaks need to be mitigated right away so we were not too surprised. This seems to be a situation they had not encountered before. We could have used help finding a new place. I am not sure what limitations VRBO puts on the hosts ability to find alternative space. Once we did find one that happened to be managed by Atomic, they were able to help us move in fast and avoid a night in a hotel. Very much appreciated.Otherwise, communication was easy and effective. Would rent through them again.

Great location, responsive host, and comfortable home!

From the ease of checking in, the house has everything. Waking up to a cup off coffee from the gourmet coffee machine to ending the day in the cool air on the rooftop patio, the home is modern and well put together.

Great location. Master bedroom and on suite bath is amazing. The decks are beautiful. It was clean. Second bed and bath are true to pics. It was perfect for 3 of us, we had family in for a low key BBQ and it fit them very comfortably on the deck. I’d stay there again.
