TAL Getaway|POOL |7 Mins to FSU

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. This home had enough room for everyone to gather, or have time alone. It never felt cramped. Just as a note as it's hard to tell from the photos, this home is a split level. 2 bdrms/1 bathroom upstairs, 2bdrms/1 bathroom downstairs. It has a living room upstairs, the another downstairs. The fireplace doesn't work but the hosting company told us this when we booked.Positives:Hosting company was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.Very easy area to get to, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking for 4 cars.Close to shopping, dining, and fun places to go. About 18 minutes to the airport.Well stocked kitchen for cooking and storage. Ice maker/water dispenser are non-functional and some potholders would be useful. Coffee maker and a large variety of pods were provided.Couches and chairs were comfy.Both showers had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lotion and hand soap we also supplied.Small concerns:Beds are hard, as are the pillows.Pool is fenced but there is no gate which may be a concern if you have small kids.BBQ was filthy and required much scrubbing to use.The couches upstairs and downstairs, as well as the dining table chairs are stained and all need a good cleaning.It did not quite match the listing photos but overall was perfect for our large group, gave us all plenty of room and overall was comfortable. When we go back to see family we'd likely stay here again.

The house was spacious and we shared it with 2 other couples. Close to the FSU campus to meet our children for game day.

Perfect home for families or groups traveling to FSU! Lots of great indoor & outdoor spaces … super easy to get to campus driving or uber

We visited for 8 days to visit our son who is a student at FSU. This home has a lot of space and was perfect for our family.

I booked this stay for a family of six in March. This included two kids in their late teens and two pre-teens. The space worked out well for the family. With two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living space in the basement, the kids had a place to hang out. What impressed me most was the responsiveness of the host. When we checked in, the pool needed attention, and there were a few small issues in the house. Within hours of contacting the host, the pool had been serviced and some items had been delivered to the front door. The home was well-equipped for our needs, though there is not a lot of counter space in the bathroom and the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Still, a good experience and well worth the price.
