Nice place and the pool was a bonus! A few minor issues upon check-in which were addressed immediately. For those who have not visited, Tallahassee is a very nice town. There is more to enjoy here than just college football. This house had the space and comfort for our group and we enjoyed our stay.

No complaints close to both schools Famu and Fsu

Cons: The pool was cloudy. Hose leaks and patio is slippery from algae. Only one functional pool umbrella and table (no chairs) for 8 guests. Home AC could not cool below 78 during the day. Hot water takes forever to reach upstairs. No ice maker in fridge. Game table downstairs has no chairs. Pros: Nice to find a pet friendly pool house with four bedrooms. We have stayed here twice.

Cute house with plenty of space to spread out. Pool is well-maintained. Excellent communication.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was well appointed and spacious.
