The property came as expected. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. They were very responsive when we had questions.

Any questions I had were responded immediately, comfortable and entertaining place to spend some time.

This house was perfect for 7 adults who were getting together for a reunion. The air conditioning, hot tub and amenities (especially the "fun garage"...with the golf simulator, etc.) were excellent. The managment company was very helpful and quick to offer assistance when needed. The property was VERY close to downtown Denver which was helpful. The house was a bit smaller than expected. I was glad we were 7 adults instead of 10 (which we had originally planned).

Property was as expected, location was further from the city than expected.

We were very happy with the property inside and out. Nine friends in town for a Rockies game and RedRocks concert. The game room was a huge bonus!
